Dear America concert ticket holder:
We are writing to inform you that America has cancelled its November 12, 2021, appearance with the Waco Symphony Orchestra due to pandemic-related concerns, and it will not be rescheduled. We are as disappointed with this outcome as you are.
The Waco Symphony Association is actively seeking an equally exciting replacement performance that will appeal to you; we will stay in touch with you when we can announce full details about that. It is unlikely to take place on November 12.
You have four options to consider:
1) Exchange your tickets for the replacement concert.
2) Exchange your tickets for ones of comparable value at another concert this season (excluding The Nutcracker).
3) Donate your tickets back to the symphony and receive a tax-contribution letter.
4) Receive a refund for the face value of your tickets. Refunds will be made by physical check mailed directly to your address on file. If you have moved since you purchased the tickets, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please reply with your desired option by November 1 to email@example.com. Our staff would be glad to help you. Thank you for your continued patience during this challenging time. Thanks for bearing with us!
Joe Calao, Board President
Waco Symphony Association, Inc.
