Waco Symphony’s Educational Outreach programs include school concerts, instrument petting zoos at the Farmer’s Market, Cameron Park Zoo, and other free community events.
Our Adopt-a-School partners, Lake Air Montessori Band and Tennyson Middle School Orchestra, welcome visits from WSO musicians, which offer students: memorable, up-close musical experiences, master classes ahead of UIL competitions, and Q&A sessions. Through support raised, the Waco Symphony is able to fund these experiences plus free tickets to WSO concerts and the purchase and repair of instruments for underfunded music programs in Waco ISD.
