What an evening of music at Waco Hall!
On October 15, the Waco Symphony continued its 2026–2027 Sounds of Joy season with Rhythm & Radiance, a performance filled with vibrant rhythms, beautiful melodies, and music inspired by Spanish and folk traditions.
Music Director Lawrence Loh and the Waco Symphony opened the evening with Rimsky-Korsakov’s lively Capriccio Espagnol. Multiple GRAMMY Award-winning guitarist Sharon Isbin then joined the orchestra for Rodrigo’s Concierto de Aranjuez, bringing remarkable artistry and expression to one of the most beloved works for classical guitar. After intermission, Dvořák’s joyful Symphony No. 8 brought the evening to a memorable close.
A special thank you to Sharon Isbin for sharing her extraordinary talent with our Waco audience.
Thank you to everyone who joined us at Waco Hall. There’s something special about experiencing live music together, and we’re grateful to continue sharing these moments with you throughout our Sounds of Joy season.
