The Old Church at Magnolia Silos
Friday, December 5 | 6:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.

We’re thrilled to return to Magnolia Silos for another magical string quartet performance! The Old Church is a beautiful setting to relax and enjoy your favorite Christmas music — and maybe even pick up a few last-minute gifts. Admission is free, and guests are welcome to come and go throughout the evening. Seating is limited, so arrive early if you’d like to stay and listen. There’s a convenient drop-off area on 8th Street right in front of the church. We’d love to see you there!

Healing Harmony: Music That Brings Comfort and Joy

Our Healing Harmony program spreads comfort and joy through music in hospitals across Central Texas. Stop by and listen — all are welcome!

We’re delighted to be joined by professional dancer Hannah Requa for enchanting excerpts from The Nutcracker. These performances bring warmth and hope to patients, families, and staff — a beautiful reminder of the spirit of the season.

Music That Connects. Moments That Heal.

Waco Symphony’s Healing Harmony program celebrates music’s powerful ability to inspire, restore, and bring people together. Through intimate live performances by small ensembles, we bring moments of beauty, comfort, and connection to hospitals, care centers, and group counseling sessions in the greater Waco community.

For young people facing mental health challenges, music becomes a tool for self-expression and healing. For patients, caregivers, and support staff, each performance is a reminder of the strength and hope that music brings to our daily lives.

The Impact of Healing Harmony

  • Brings peace and comfort to patients and caregivers
  • Supports youth facing mental health challenges
  • Strengthens emotional and physical well-being
  • Builds connection through the universal language of music
